1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 2-5 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all orders over $100 receive free standard shipping.

3. Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Some items may ship separately depending on availability, but don’t worry — everything is on its way!

4. Return & Exchange Policy

We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We DO NOT accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving items and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

NO items can be returned or exchanged in store.

5. Need to make a return?

If your'e needing to make a return please follow the "Return Request" link located in the footer underneath the "Explore" section.

Please remember ALL returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order (The first day BEGINS when your tracking shows delivered).

6. How do I know what size to order?

Each product has sizing info in the description. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!

7. Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items do get restocked, but many are limited! If you see something you love, snag it while you can. đź‘€
